Adopting the empowerment of women within our values, goals and institutional promises

We announce our adoption of empowering women as one of our core values within our corporate values, goals, and commitments, based on an administrative decision issued by our senior management department on March 29, 2026, corresponding to Shawwal 10, 1447 AH, in line with the directions of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom's interest in increasing women's participation and enhancing their role in economic and social development.

This adoption comes from our commitment to the principles of institutional development, sustainability, and social responsibility, and our desire to establish a fair and motivating work environment that supports national competencies, both male and female alike.

The decision outlines five main pillars for this commitment: We are committed to supporting women's participation in various fields of work within our organization, providing fair opportunities in employment, professional development, and career advancement based on competence and merit without discrimination. We adopt women's empowerment as part of our corporate values in a way that goes beyond official statements to actual practice, reflecting this in our internal policies, training programs, development plans, and all future initiatives. We strive to create a stimulating and safe work environment that enables women to perform their professional roles effectively, in line with national development goals. We incorporate this approach into our corporate promises to our employees, clients, and partners, considering it an integral part of our commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility, not an additional separate item.

We see this commitment as a natural extension of an existing reality within our organization, as the positions of Deputy and Assistant CEO in our group are held by a woman, which we consider practical evidence that women's empowerment is a practice in our organization before it became a documented decision. This decision aims to establish an official institutional framework for this reality, ensuring its continuity and transforming it from an individual practice into a structural commitment that encompasses all our hiring, development, and governance decisions.

We confirm that this decision is published for the public and communicated to those concerned for approval and implementation, reflecting our transparency in dealing with our corporate values. We continue to translate this commitment into tangible policies and programs across our entire system and all our brands.
