Compliance & certifications

We distinguish regulatory compliance we actually meet from external standard certifications we do not yet hold, and we disclose each accurately.

On this page we clearly distinguish two things that must not be mixed: regulatory compliance we actually meet as a Saudi entity, and external standard certifications we do not yet hold. We disclose each accurately, not with wording that suggests more than our actual position.

1. Regulatory compliance

We comply with Saudi regulations directly relevant to our activity as a holding company and to our brands' activities, foremost the Companies Law and its implementing regulations under the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development requirements on Saudization, GOSI insurance rights, zakat and tax obligations with ZATCA, and the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations. We apply these obligations to the Group and every affiliated brand without distinction, and we treat them as a minimum we commit to, not a final ceiling for our regulatory discipline.

2. How we update our compliance

We review changes in regulations relevant to our activity periodically, not only when a new law forces itself on us. We update our internal policies and contracts to keep pace with any regulatory amendment, and we cascade that update to all affiliated brands at the same time, not unevenly from brand to brand.

3. Our status on external certifications

We disclose with full clarity: we do not currently hold certificates or standard accreditations from external bodies, whether in quality management, information security, or sustainability ratings. We state that explicitly instead of implying otherwise, and we prefer to be known by what we actually commit to, not by a certification badge we do not yet have grounds for. When we obtain any documented accreditation in the future, it will be listed on this page with the issuing body, scope, and issuance and expiry dates, without excluding any accreditation however limited its importance may seem.

4. Why publish this page when we hold no certifications?

Because institutional clients and potential partners need to know our real status before contracting, not a polished image that may collide with a different reality under regulatory or financial scrutiny. We prefer the transparency of "we do not hold it yet" over ambiguity that may be read as otherwise, exactly as we refuse to publish any financial figure without a documented source.

5. Commitments table

Commitment What we commit to in practice
Full regulatory compliance We comply with all Saudi regulations relevant to our activity and our brands' activity
Periodic review We review regulatory changes periodically, not only when they are issued
Honest disclosure on certifications We do not use certification terminology we have no actual grounds for
Immediate update on obtaining a certification We publish any new certification once documented, with body, date, and scope

6. The limits of our disclosure

We do not currently publish details of any internal regulatory review or periodic financial audit we may conduct, because we treat it as an internal management tool, not a public document. We will limit ourselves to noting that a periodic review mechanism exists without detailing internal results, until we judge that publishing a general summary serves transparency without harming our operating interests.
