We do not treat policies as templates hung on the website for appearance. They are documents actually in force that govern our daily dealings and all affiliated brands without exception. On this page we gather our enforceable policies, update them whenever a new policy is issued or an existing one is revised, and keep a version record for each document, not only the latest copy.
1. Privacy policy
It explains how we collect visitor, customer, and job-applicant data, for what purpose we use it, how long we retain it, and data-subject rights of access or erasure, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations, not with generic wording copied from foreign sources that do not reflect our local regulatory commitment.
2. Terms and conditions
They define the terms of website use and dealing with our services and brands, the limits of our liability for published content, and the governing law for any dispute. They are not a protective document drafted for our benefit alone without clarity on the other party's rights.
3. Cookie policy
It explains the types of cookies used on the site, the purpose of each type, and how visitors can disable them, not merely a floating notice without actual detail on what is collected.
4. Acceptable use policy
It defines permitted and prohibited uses of our digital platforms and services, including restrictions on misuse, intrusion attempts, or impersonation, and applies to anyone who deals with any Group-affiliated platform, not only visitors to the main website.
5. Information security policy
It describes our principles for protecting systems and data from unauthorized access, grounded in our established cybersecurity expertise through the Hackora brand. We make that protection an integral part of every technical project we take on, not an add-on applied on request.
6. Anti-corruption and conflict of interest policy
It requires anyone in an authority role to disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest before a decision is made, and to recuse from voting or signing when one exists. We do not tolerate any form of corruption, bribery, or abuse of position regardless of rank or tenure.
7. Whistleblowing policy
It provides a published channel independent of the usual managerial chain for reports and complaints. We review every serious report without disclosing the reporter's identity to anyone outside those responsible for the review, and we do not allow retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith. Being our employee is not a condition for that protection.
8. Equal opportunity and Saudization policy
It sets hiring, promotion, and pay standards without gender discrimination, and our full commitment to hiring national talent for every vacancy with us and our affiliated brands, not only administrative vacancies excluding technical or financial ones.
9. Commitments table
| Commitment |
What we commit to in practice |
| Publish each policy as a standalone page |
We do not bury any policy inside a passing paragraph on another page |
| Version record |
We keep the date and reason for every update, not only the latest copy |
| Unified enforcement on affiliates |
Every policy here applies to the Group and its brands without exception |
| Alignment with Saudi regulations |
We draft every policy to match local law, not by copying foreign templates |
10. The limits of our disclosure
We do not currently publish the full text of some purely internal policies such as the detailed HR policy, because we treat them as contractual documents between the Group and its people, not as documents aimed at the external public. We will publish a general summary when we judge that it serves transparency without compromising our people's privacy.
