Our story from the first technical spark in 2016 to a holding group as it really happened.
2016: The first spark
Our founder and CEO, Mohammed Al-Shahrani, began his interest in technology at only seven years old. He was drawn to technology by nature, with exceptionally strong memory and comprehension, and he consistently excelled academically, ranking first in his class every year, owing to an IQ of 142 shared by only about 0.3-0.4% of people worldwide.
Mohammed Al-Shahrani, Founder and CEO
The first technical subject he grasped in depth was programming, which only deepened his interest in technology. At the time he wished to learn programming and release an app or game of his own. That wish and those dreams lasted two to three years until he was roughly nine to ten years old in 2018.
2018: Choosing the path
That year he searched more deeply and broadly across technology fields until he found cybersecurity, specifically penetration testing. He felt unusually drawn to it and knew it was the field he wanted to pursue and learn as quickly as possible. At the same time he discovered vulnerability research, liked it even more, and decided to learn both together because of how closely they are connected.
He began researching to build a complete learning curriculum, with correctness as the top priority. He gathered information from every source and recorded it in notes: free YouTube courses, general guidance from Google, educational posts across social platforms, and summaries of expert talks, until he reached a complete curriculum. It was somewhat random and messy, yet it served its purpose.
He learned daily and independently, and most of his day went literally into learning. What helped him most included heavy practical application to lock in knowledge, writing down every piece of information, periodically organizing and improving the learning plan, relying on himself to find information, and discussing with people already in the field. That approach helped him academically and in life, especially in building skills such as research and problem-solving, logical thinking, correcting mistakes, and fast writing.
Despite all that accumulated experience, he always felt something was missing, without knowing exactly what it was.
2022: Sharing knowledge
In 2022, at thirteen years old and in first year of intermediate school, he wanted to try something new beyond study and self-learning. That is where the idea of content creation began: to share value, earn reward and lasting impact, build recognition, and eventually turn his skill into income.
The start of content creation was among the hardest periods of his life. He faced many opponents of success and envious people who went as far as trying to damage his reputation and breach his accounts, without taking anything he owned. Still, his recognition among those around him grew, and at the same time he taught anyone who wanted to learn for free, until roughly 300 people had benefited from him.
After long thought, he decided to begin in full earnest. On 23 February 2022 at exactly 7:55 p.m., he changed his account name and looked for a compound name that reflected his expertise. He arrived at "TLER", built from Tech Expert, Ethical Expert, and Hacker, meaning a technical expert and ethical hacker.
Professional passion grew, and school focus faded
Professional and commercial passion began that year. He intended eventually to turn his skills into income alongside a job, and that idea grew day by day.
As content creation took more of his time, his interest in school declined, his academic level dropped, and his absences rose in a way that drew the attention of family and friends, especially as freelance work spread and he saw people unemployed despite finishing their studies and holding university degrees.
As professional interest rose and school interest fell, he focused on building his CV. He earned about 11 accredited professional certificates and received 12 job offers, while still believing a job in this field required a university degree.
Many freelance requests reached him, and he rejected them outright because he did not want to start freelancing or business yet. But the many unemployed people he saw around him gradually drained his enthusiasm, and his earlier goals and pursuit of a job faded.
31 May 2024: Launching ahead of schedule
After deep thought, research, study, and long exploration, he decided to begin three full years earlier than the date he had set for himself. He was fifteen. He took the first step into e-commerce as a personal brand he ran alone, with excitement and fear at once, and with zero capital: he had only the device his family had bought him and his accumulated experience.
His first paid product was the book "Network Fundamentals in Arabic" on his personal site.
From the start he adopted a clear principle: no borrowing, no loans, and no search for investors, even if expansion later seemed to require it. Growth would come from reinvesting profits or from his own money. He relied on content marketing and relationships without spending anything on paid ads.
His first real client came after 17 days. The deal was SAR 10 ($2.66), with a net of SAR 8.38 after PayPal fees.
On 30 August of the same year, all services launched at once because they were already ready from years of prior study. His first client asked for mobile app development, which meant international expansion was present from day one without any prior plan for it.
The result: SAR 5.5 million with zero marketing spend
By the grace of God, then through his efforts, within only a year and a third of launching his project he reached an estimated market value of SAR 5.5 million. That rapid growth reflects management efficiency, the strategies and plans applied, and a clear vision from the start.
The brand outperformed 80 to 90% of its competitors in the sector and reached a stage where it competed with full companies, not individuals.
2025: From a personal brand to a group
On 6 August 2025, Minsad MarTech LLC was founded to close one gap in marketing services: ad campaign management. Partners who understood that specialty specifically were needed, so partnership contracts with marketing specialists began and tasks were delegated gradually.
A few weeks later, on 27 August 2025, with Minsad in place and other future projects on the horizon, the question became inevitable: who manages all of this? The truth is that founding the company was not an eager decision. The old dislike of companies, their complexity, and their obligations was still there. But workload pressure rose, demand grew from every direction, and reputation expanded beyond what an individual entity could carry. The company was founded under the pressure of circumstances, not prior desire.
3 December 2025: The second birth
Ibn Mubarak Al-Shahrani Holding Group Company was founded officially, with a clearer and more mature administrative and legal structure than the first attempt. After regulatory arrangement and brand structuring were complete, the group's market value reached SAR 7 million, built mainly on the TLER AL-SHAHRANI brand, which was then at SAR 5.5 million.
On 10 May 2026, it was announced officially that market value had risen to SAR 21.4 million, a threefold increase in only one quarter, while the TLER AL-SHAHRANI brand alone rose to SAR 7 million.
Today
From a seven-year-old fascinated by technology in 2016, to a Jeddah-based holding group that manages four brands with a 100% Saudi team from across the Kingdom. We grew entirely by reinvesting profits, without any loans, without debt, and without external financing. This is our story as it really happened, in which there is hesitation, in which there are opportunities that have been rejected, and in which there is a reconstruction station that we have never hidden. We tell it in full detail, and we tell it honestly because that's what we really are.
