Life at the Group

We work in an environment that brings together the discipline of the holding company with the flexibility of the teams within each affiliate brand. We explain the system of permanence, the team culture, and the development paths we actually adopt within the group.

Work environment

In our group, we operate in an environment that combines the discipline of the holding company with the flexibility of small teams within each affiliate brand. Our affiliated brands are not managed in a unified and rigid management style, but rather in a manner that suits the nature of their work, while the strategic reference remains unified across the Holding Group.

Flexible work

We implement attendance systems that consider the nature of each role and department, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach imposed on all employees regardless of their job nature. We measure performance by productivity rather than the number of hours worked, as employees are not bound by fixed hours. It is sufficient for them to complete the required tasks, even if that takes only half an hour each day.

Development and training

We invest in developing internal talent continuously, not only seasonally around specific occasions. Development programs and training indicators are detailed on our dedicated Impact & Sustainability page to avoid repeating the same figures in multiple places.

Careers are part of our impact

We connect our job opportunities to our responsibility toward society, Saudization, and sustainability. On our Impact page we explain how we translate our commitment to national talent and responsible work into practice.

Team culture across our affiliate brands

Each affiliated brand team keeps its own identity while sharing the same institutional values that govern the holding Group. This balance between operational independence and unified institutional belonging distinguishes our work experience from a single-activity company.

Our team today

We do not limit our team to one age or social group. Today's team includes university students balancing study and work, recent graduates building their first professional experience with us, married employees balancing work and family life, and employees over forty adding cumulative expertise to our teams. This diversity is part of our Group identity, not a rare exception we showcase.

What we offer employees

We offer four commitments we take direct responsibility for:

  • Internal growth: Employees can move across our affiliated brands and internal departments based on competence, not years of service alone.
  • Workplace flexibility: Work arrangements that respect each department and job category, not one pattern imposed on everyone.
  • Saudization as a real priority: Not a marketing slogan, detailed with figures in the next section.
  • Transparency in career development: Clear evaluation paths that promotion and development decisions are built on, not undocumented assessments.

Saudization and women's empowerment in figures

In our group, we adhere to a complete Emiratisation policy, where we have 100% Emiratisation of the total jobs, and we detail the indicators of Emiratisation and women's empowerment and associated initiatives on the Independent Impact and Sustainability page and not here.

Our job categories

We classify roles in our Group into three main categories. Each has a defined scope of responsibility, a clear work arrangement, and a published salary range rather than a vague system revealed only at application. This clarity is part of our commitment to transparency with everyone considering joining us.

The above ranges are basic salaries and are not inclusive of all entitlements. We add to them, according to the role and social status of the employee: allowances, bonuses, commissions in the roles associated with them, and health insurance with excellent coverage according to our insurance policy, which includes the employee and his parents, in addition to the spouse and children in the event that the employee is married.
