Our Technology Department is the unit responsible for all of our systems and digital infrastructure, and it comprises four specialized tracks that work together: programming, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and networks and infrastructure. We do not treat these tracks as separate units each working in isolation from the others, but as one system that serves our daily operations and the operations of our affiliated brands.
Sub-Departments
First: The scope of our work
We manage our technology roadmap in full, protect our systems and data, provide our infrastructure, govern our development and technical integrations, and support our affiliated brands with measurable outputs, not with undocumented incidental support.
Second: Our responsibilities
Managing our technology roadmap
We set our technical priorities in a way that serves our institutional objectives, not merely what is available or easy to implement.
Protecting our systems and data
We make protection an integral part of every technical project we take on, not a layer added later.
Providing our infrastructure
We ensure the stability of everything our daily operations run on, from servers and networks to cloud systems.
Governing our development and integrations
We control how our systems are built and how they integrate with one another and with our partners' systems.
Third: Our four tracks
We distribute our technical work across four specialized tracks, each with its own scope and precise responsibilities: programming and systems development, cybersecurity and data protection, artificial intelligence and automation, and networks and infrastructure. You will find the details of each track on its sub-page.
Fourth: Our relations within the Group
We provide the digital infrastructure and security for all of our departments, and we specifically secure the internal platform of the Research and Knowledge Department and its AI agents, and we verify their operating environments. We submit our monthly reports to our senior management, and our weekly reports on joint operations with Business Management when needed.
Fifth: The limits of what we present on this page
We do not detail our internal technical architecture or our specific tools and systems here, because we treat them as security-sensitive information. To review our information security policy, see the Governance and Sustainability pages.
