The scope of our work
It includes building our AI-based products, governing our use of these tools, evaluating our models' performance before we adopt them, and our prompt engineering (Prompting) to ensure the accuracy of our outputs.
Our responsibilities
We develop our AI-based products, govern our internal use of these tools, evaluate every model before we adopt it operationally, and manage our intelligent automation across our different departments, with a commitment to clear ethical controls in every application we build.
How we work
We do not adopt any model or AI agent in our actual operating environment without first putting it through a separate evaluation stage, in which we test its accuracy and its limits. We then monitor its actual performance after launch, and we retune it whenever it drifts from the required accuracy.
Our relations within the Group
We build and operate the technical infrastructure of the AI agents used by the Research, Knowledge, and Content Production Department, in coordination with the cybersecurity track on everything related to the security of these agents and their data.
