It includes managing our servers and internal networks, managing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring the availability of our systems without unplanned interruption, continuous backup of our data, and monitoring our systems and our immediate alerts.
Our responsibilities
We manage our servers and networks, manage our cloud infrastructure, ensure the availability of our systems, back up our data periodically and not only when needed, and monitor our systems and alert immediately upon any fault.
How we work
We monitor our systems continuously, not only periodically. If a fault indicator appears, we intervene before it turns into an actual outage, and we test our backups regularly to confirm they are actually usable for restoration, not merely that they exist.
Our relations within the Group
We provide the infrastructure on which all of our systems and the systems of our affiliated brands run, including the servers that host the internal platform of the Research and Knowledge Department.
