Officially: Launching the Research Department headed by Shorouk bint Abdullah Al-Amri

We officially announce today the completion of the establishment and launch of the Research Department, the twelfth department in our group, which serves as our strategic and media arm, headed by Shurooq bint Abdullah Al-Amri.

Our new department works on transforming all data and research into true knowledge assets, going beyond the role of traditional academic research to become the primary driver of applied knowledge production and its transformation into media and commercial assets. We operate in an automated environment with an AI integration rate of between 80% and 90%, where the department head provides human leadership and oversight, while artificial agents carry out operational tasks through our internal platform.

Through this department, we aspire to be the primary knowledge reference in the business and technology sector, and the main driver of building an independent and strong corporate reputation separate from the founder, by producing strategic content based on accurate data and research. Our mission lies in transforming complex data and research into simplified and impactful media and knowledge assets, to support marketing and sales, raise awareness of the group and its affiliated brands, and enhance its digital presence, relying on the latest automation and artificial intelligence technologies.

We define five strategic objectives for this section: building our corporate reputation by creating a strong corporate identity independent of the personal brand of the founder, raising awareness by increasing our digital and non-digital media presence and the visibility of our affiliated brands, supporting our business operations by providing data-driven content for marketing and sales teams, establishing our knowledge leadership by making the group a trusted reference for technology and business, and achieving the highest levels of operational efficiency through maximum possible automation in the content production cycle.

Practically, our department offers five main services: conducting technical and market research and data analysis, producing regular public and private reports from competitor trend analysis and technology assessments, transforming research outputs into media content such as articles, posts, guides, and digital books, managing content quality and ensuring it is free from errors and cognitive hallucinations, and supporting our affiliated brands and their programs with specialized content.

This department is led by Shurooq bint Abdullah Al-Omari, a Bachelor of Information Systems graduate (January 2022 - December 2025), who holds certified professional credentials in data analysis from Google through the Coursera platform, a Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence certificate with a practical graduation project from IBM, and an advanced certificate in Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications from the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). She worked as a data analyst and presentation designer at one of the municipal secretariats between September and December 2025, where she cleaned and analyzed data using Excel and Power BI, increasing its accuracy by 25%, and developed interactive dashboards and over ten professional visual reports that supported data-driven decisions. She also completed her graduation project as part of the "Digital Security 2030" initiative, a national digital transformation initiative, by building a cybersecurity system for file scanning and virus detection using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, improving detection efficiency by 30% after comprehensive analysis and testing of the system. Prior to that, she worked freelance as a design specialist in Microsoft Office programs and Canva, completing over a hundred independent projects in data analysis, presentation design, and document formatting.

The leadership of the research department is undertaken with an analytical mindset, with direct responsibility for guiding its outputs and ensuring their quality and impact on the strategic directions of our group and its affiliated brands. It works on prioritizing research topics based on data analysis and trends, and oversees the quality of outputs before approval and publication.

Shurooq Al-Amri, our Head of Research, said: “[A documented statement clarifying her vision for the department's role and its expected impact - to be included when available].”

The employment relationship between us and Shurooq ended on June 15, 2026, corresponding to Dhul-Hijjah 29, 1447 AH, after she decided to move on to another professional opportunity that serves her career. We affirm that the above does not reflect any negative assessment of her performance, and we extend our sincere thanks and appreciation for her contributions during her time with us, wishing her success and prosperity in her upcoming career.
