We officially announce with confidence the establishment and launch of “TLER GROUP LLC” on this day, August 27, 2025, corresponding to 4 Safar 1447 AH, as an organizational step that brings all our brands and partnerships under one central management, following the expansion of our operations beyond the capacity of an individual entity.
We operate as a digital management company with our main headquarters in Jeddah, managing our brands and partnerships under our umbrella, providing them with administrative, strategic, financial, technical, and marketing support, without offering any products or services directly to the end customer, as sales and services are conducted through each brand individually.
This establishment takes a specific legal form as “LLC for a single person,” which grants the system a single legal framework governing our relationship with our brands and partnerships, clearly defining our scope of responsibility towards each party.
This establishment came after the growth of our personal brand “TLER AL-SHAHRANI” and the emergence of other subsidiary projects and companies on the horizon, including the marketing company LLC, which necessitated the need for a clear institutional umbrella that governs governance and ensures consistency in decision-making and operations among all our brands, companies, and partnerships.
Through this establishment, we aim to build a sustainable management model that preserves the independence of each brand in its market and daily operations, while simultaneously maintaining a unified direction for vision, growth, and institutional commitment.
