We announce the appointment of Asrar bint Saleh Al-Ghamdi as Assistant and Deputy to our CEO effective February 22, 2026, corresponding to Ramadan 5, 1447 AH, in a move that reflects our growing confidence in our young national talents and our commitment to assigning sensitive leadership positions to those who possess the necessary technical and analytical readiness.
This appointment comes within our administrative structure, which places the Assistant and Deputy CEO directly behind the highest executive authority in the group, necessitating a broad scope of responsibility that encompasses all our major operations. Asrar Al-Ghamdi will support our CEO in organizing and managing these operations, monitoring the implementation of our projects and assignments on an ongoing basis, and coordinating with our various teams and departments to ensure workflow and resolve operational issues promptly to prevent their accumulation.
Its responsibilities also extend to areas that are no less important than the internal organizational aspect: it handles direct communication with our clients and partners, representing our group in official meetings on behalf of our CEO when necessary, a delegation that is only granted to those who enjoy complete trust in their ability to represent the group well before external parties. It also oversees the preparation of periodic reports, strategies, plans, studies, policies, and budgets and their approval, ensuring the achievement of our strategic and organizational goals in accordance with our approved policies. This practically means that most major decisions within the group pass through its office before final approval.
Asrar Al-Ghamdi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Al-Baha University, graduating in 2025. She was born in 2003 and is from the Al-Baha region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She possesses integrated technical, analytical, and field experience that includes application development, database management, user interface design, data analysis, and cybersecurity, which are diverse technical fields rarely combined in a single career path at this age. She relies on this experience in her daily work to improve and enhance the efficiency of our workflows and to make well-considered executive decisions that support the continuity of our business and the quality of our institutional performance, reflecting our approach to integrating deep technical background with executive management responsibility, rather than separating them as is common in many traditional structures.
We see this appointment as an extension of our institutional approach to assigning responsibilities based on competence and merit, regardless of age or traditional background, a principle we have officially adopted as part of our declared corporate values.
