Our Research and Knowledge Department is the strategic and media arm of our Group. Our role is not limited to traditional academic research, but extends to being the primary engine for producing applied knowledge and turning it into media and commercial assets. We are the most automation-dependent of our departments: the Head of the Department leads and provides the final human approval, while a team of specialized AI agents carries out our research and editorial tasks through an internal platform built specifically for us.
This balance between human supervision and automated execution is not a technical detail. It is the core of the way we ensure the quality of everything we publish in our Group's name.
First: The scope of our work
We conduct our technical and market research, produce our periodic reports of trend analysis, competitor studies, and technology assessments, and turn our research outputs into actual media content, not into files that remain locked in the archive. We support our affiliated brands and their programs with specialized content built on real data, not on a general impression.
Second: Our responsibilities
Setting our research priorities
The Head of our Department is the one who determines what we research and in what order, based on an actual need among our departments or our brands.
Reviewing and approving every final output
No report or content is published in our name without a direct human review, however accurate the tool that produced it may be.
Continuous supervision of our AI agents' performance
We continuously monitor the accuracy of their outputs, and we stop their work immediately upon any doubt about the quality or correctness of what they produce.
Managing the quality of our content and ensuring it is free of errors
We examine every output for any inaccurate information before it reaches the public, not after it has reached them.
Third: How we work
We work to a model different from the rest of our departments: our AI agents begin by collecting data and researching our approved sources, then they prepare a first draft, then this draft undergoes an automated internal quality review, then it finally reaches the Head of our Department for final approval and publication. Our agents have the authority to research and draft, not the authority to publish directly without human approval, and we bear full responsibility for everything published in our name.
Fourth: Our relations within the Group
We supply the Sales and Marketing Department with data-backed content, provide Business Management with market and competitor analysis reports, and submit our strategic reports to our senior management to support its decisions. We rely on the Technology Department to secure our internal platform and verify our agents' operating environments, and on the Legal Department to review the rights in our sources and publication risks before any approval, not after.
Fifth: The limits of what we present on this page
We do not detail here the technical operating mechanism of our AI agents or our internal platform, and we do not cite figures on the volume of our production, because we treat them as internal operating tools. To review our policy on the use of artificial intelligence and our publication controls, see the Governance and Sustainability pages.
