Project Management

Through this department, we manage and organize our various projects and those of our brands. We coordinate our resources and different teams, monitor the progress of our projects, and ensure they are completed on time and within the allocated budget. We develop our project plans, follow up on their execution, and manage risks to ensure the success of our projects and the achievement of our intended goals.

Project Management

Our Project Management Department is responsible for planning, managing, and executing our institutional projects, of technical, creative, commercial, and academic types. We do not treat every project with the same methodology. We choose the methodology that fits its actual nature.

First: The scope of our work

Our scope includes preparing our plans for every project, organizing our resources and working teams, following the stages of our execution, managing our schedules and budgets, and assessing and managing our risks.

Second: Our responsibilities

Managing our portfolios and projects

We follow all of our projects as a single portfolio, not as separate projects with no connection among them.

Determining the appropriate methodology

We choose our methodology based on the nature of each project, not through one methodology imposed on everyone.

Managing our risks and schedules

We detect any deviation from our schedule as soon as it occurs, and we address its cause, not only its effect.

Approving our deliverables

We do not treat any project as complete before it matches the agreed scope and the requester explicitly approves it.

Third: How we work

We start every project with a documented scope approved by the requester, then we set our plan and schedule, then we execute in stages that can be reviewed rather than all at once, then we measure our progress against the original plan regularly, then we deliver our final output after explicit approval, not merely after the allotted time has ended.

Fourth: Our relations within the Group

We turn the initiatives of any of our departments, whether technical, creative, or commercial, into plans, stages, and outputs that can actually be delivered, not into promises without a schedule. We submit the status reports of our projects to our senior management and to Business Management periodically.

Fifth: The limits of what we present on this page

We do not publish our detailed schedules or the budgets of our individual projects here, because we treat them as internal operational information. For our institutional standards, see the Governance and Sustainability pages.
