Our Business Management Department is responsible for strategic planning and managing our institutional operations. We connect what our senior management decides strategically with what our departments execute daily, and we make sure strategy does not remain ink on paper.
First: The scope of our work
Our scope includes our operational planning, improving our existing processes, analyzing our business, building our operating models, and supporting our senior management's decisions with data rather than impression, in addition to coordinating our daily operations among our departments and following our escalation when any disruption occurs.
Second: Our responsibilities
Operational planning
We turn our senior management's strategic directions into clear execution plans for every department.
Improving our processes
We continuously review our existing processes for any waste of time or resources, not only once at launch.
Coordinating our daily operations
We follow the flow of work among our departments, and we make sure any operational disruption is addressed as it arises, rather than allowed to accumulate.
Supporting our senior management's decisions
We provide it with analyses built on our actual data, not on undocumented expectations.
Third: How we work
We monitor our operational indicators continuously. If a deviation appears in any of them, we analyze its actual cause, then propose an adjustment to the process concerned, then follow the effect of that adjustment after it is applied to confirm that it actually solved the problem rather than temporarily concealing it.
Fourth: Our relations within the Group
We align the strategy of each of our departments with its operating models, follow our joint initiatives through to closure, and submit our analyses to our senior management to support its central decision.
Fifth: The limits of what we present on this page
We do not publish our detailed internal operational indicators here, because we treat them as a daily management tool, not information directed at the public. For our institutional standards, see the Governance and Sustainability pages.
