Description
We are looking for a Hardware Programmer to implement Hardware and Firmware projects, starting from the practical design until the final delivery to the client, while coordinating the progress of the project and training the client/student on his project or explaining the project to the client, with a flexible working hours contract.
Responsibilities
- 1. Implementation of the practical part (Hardware and Firmware)
- Design and build electronic circuits for the assigned project. Program microcontrollers using Arduino / ESP32 / STM32. Assemble and solder components and sensors accurately. Calibrate sensors and ensure the accuracy of readings. Diagnose and repair electrical circuit faults. Safely handle low-voltage systems. Test the prototype and ensure it meets the required specifications. Prepare the project for final delivery to the client in fully operational condition. Adhere to the agreed project specifications. Handle multiple types of engineering projects in parallel when necessary.
- 2. Project management and coordination with the client
- Receive project details and requirements from the client via a dedicated WhatsApp group. Manage the project flow from receipt to delivery. Keep the client informed of the execution stages continuously. Coordinate any modifications or conflicts in requirements. Manage the project timeline and monitor adherence to deadlines. Officially close the project with the client upon delivery.
- 3. Explain and train the student or client
- Explain the mechanism of the project to the client or student in simple language. Train the student on the technical aspects of their project. Answer the client's technical inquiries related to their project.

- Implementation of the programming aspect (optional)
- Implementing the software for the project using artificial intelligence tools such as Claude and Cursor if desired. Coordination with the technical management in case of not wanting to implement this aspect.
Requirements
- Practical experience of no less than one full year in programming and hardware.
- Proficiency in working with Arduino, ESP32, STM32.
- Understanding of circuits, microcontrollers, and sensors.
- Skill in precise soldering and diagnosing electrical circuit faults.
- Practical knowledge of low current systems.
- Familiarity with using software AI tools such as Claude and Cursor (additional advantage).
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and students via WhatsApp.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines while handling multiple projects.
- A positive spirit and commitment to deadlines.
- The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
- The applicant must be at least 15 years old.
- Academic qualification is not a criterion for this role; the determining factor is proven practical skill.
